ORGL 555 - Executive Leadership Mentorship 3 Credit(s)
ORGL students have a choice of capstone experience. They may choose either ORGL 550 or ORGL 555. In ORGL 555 students spend all-encompassing hands-on applied time in a professional mentoring relationship via a formal written proposal specifying individual learning objectives and measurement of those objectives. Extensive time is spent in mentoring conversations and reflections with a selected mentor. At the completion of the mentorship, students produce an extensive reflective essay addressing key learning outcomes integrating program and applied learning to their experiences. Students also deliver a professionally developed narrated Power Point of their learning.
Prerequisite(s): GRAD 400 /GRAD 500 , ORGL 404 /ORGL 504 , ORGL 406 /ORGL 506 , ORGL 408 /ORGL 508 , ORGL 510 , ORGL 514 , ORGL 520 , ORGL 522 , and ORGL 540 .
Grading Method: Letter grade.
