ORGL 508 - Leading Across Boundaries

ORGL 508 examines numerous challenges and opportunities created with interacting, managing, and leading across cultural differences and national boundaries. A major focus is placed on coordinating and sustaining cooperative practices across cultural, generational, gender, ethnic, and regional boundaries. In addition to exploring domestic and international differences, students evaluate implications of continuing global actors on organizational practices.
Prerequisite(s): GRAD 500 and ORGL 504 or permission of program director.
Grading Method: Letter grade.
