AGBU 330 - Agricultural Decision Science 3 Credit(s)
This course explores the use and application of quantitative and qualitative decision-making tools and methods in agricultural business. Topics include the development and use of financial statements, cash flow and capital requirements, cost, revenue and profit models, deterministic and stochastic models, breakeven computations, risk analysis and sensitivity analysis, probability theory and linear programming decision models. Focuses on developing solid business management practices and implications of both agricultural and non-agricultural decisions.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 140 , FINC 306 .
