ARTD 195 - Portfolio Review

The portfolio review is required for students at the end of their first year and new transfer students pursuing any major within the Art and Design department. Students should not enroll in upper level studio ARTD (200 or higher) courses without passing the portfolio review.
Course Frequency: F, S
Grading Method: Pass/Fail.
Learning Outcomes:
1.Communicate basic knowledge of their chosen field of study. 2.Discuss processes, style decisions, concepts, and the overall aesthetics involved in the production of their work.3.Reflect upon previous and current semesters, courses, projects, and artworks to establish necessary goals to aid in their continued/future success.
