ACCT 390 - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

0-3 Credit(s)

Students will participate in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Involves preparation of Federal and Iowa tax returns free of charge to low and moderate-income individuals in the community.

Prerequisite(s): ACCT 205 , completion of IRS certification exams to advanced level, and permission of instructor.

May be repeated one time for maximum of 6 credit hours.
Course Frequency: AN

Grading Method: Pass/Fail.
