ENGL 101 - Written Communication I and Lab

English 101 emphasizes writing as a process of learning and focuses on student skills in the preparation, organization, and development of articulate short essays. Assignments focus on responding to texts and using sources appropriately. This course includes a 1-hour writing lab to support students’ transition into college-level writing.

General Education - Foundations of Collegiate Learning.

Notes: Must earn a grade of “C-” or better.
Grading Method: Letter grade.
