BCHM 402 - Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Lab

A survey of the laboratory techniques to study the chemical aspects of living systems. Techniques will include cloning, protein purification, enzymatic assays, enzyme kinetics, and spectroscopy. One 3-hour lab per week as a standalone independent course.
Prerequisite(s): Pre/co-requisite: BIOL 305 or BCHM 401 .
