The Master of Education in Educational Administration is an online program intended to equip future leaders with the skills needed to create positive learning environments that directly benefit student achievement. The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Iowa Department of Education accredits the program and courses. The Master of Education in Educational Administration is intended for educators who have completed a minimum of 2 years of teaching within the K-12 setting. This program leads to a K-12 principal license that requires a minimum of 33 credit hours. In keeping with licensure requirements, the degree includes all licensure required content courses and clinical experiences.
