BASC 492 - BASc Applied Management Capstone

This is a capstone course drawing on the subject matter covered in prerequisite courses. Emphasis is on the formulation and implementation of corporate, business, and functional strategies designed to achieve organizational objectives. Specific topics may include experience curve cost reductions, portfolio analysis and management, and the fit between strategy and structure and ethical perspectives. Case studies and research reports may be used extensively. It is strongly recommended that this course be taken during the student’s final semester.
