ORGL 440 - Leading Organizational Change 3 Credit(s)
This course asks students to consider the business and people skills necessary to lead and manage change. Leaders with the capacity to maximize strategic thinking, minimize change-aversion, and inspire those around them are ultimately the most successful. Using case studies and other analytical processes, students will critique and design change interventions and change management strategies, demonstrate competencies in the areas of systems thinking, consultation skills, and strategic visioning.
Prerequisite(s): ORGL 404 .
