This course is the study of relationships between plants, animals, people and their environment as they pertain to animal and plant husbandry.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 163 or AGSC 200 or AGSC 201 .

Learning Outcomes: 1.Demonstrate understanding of key physical, chemical and biological processes in the soil as they relate to effective management of the soil 2.Connect the developing physical, chemical and biological soil properties to the soil function occurring in a given location.3. Select appropriate soil management practices to promote soil conservation in given scenarios.
