AGBU 415 - Agricultural Law 3 Credit(s)
A survey of agricultural law and legal issues that affect the operation of agricultural businesses. Topics include property law, land use, zoning, contracts, leasing, liability, estate planning, labor, employment, bankruptcy and reorganization, and intellectual property. Introduction to key administrative agencies, processes, and regulations in agricultural, food production, and related industries.
